Our goal is to restore the climate by 2050.

Emission reduction is not enough. We need to also remove all excess historic emissions (a trillion tons) from the atmosphere.

It is possible. There are scalable, permanent, and financially viable

solutions that can restore a safe and healthy climate (below 300ppm)

when deployed at scale.

The Climate Restoration Safety & Governance Board (CRSGB) is a non-profit organization formed to ensure that climate restoration projects are safe, legal, effective, transparent, and achieve wide ethical consensus.

CRSGB was launched at COP27, in November 2022. We are expanding the Climate Restoration Ecosystem and preparing to launch climate restoration projects around the world.

The Climate Restoration Network (CRN) is a global decentralized network of Climate Restoration Centers designed to restore a safe and healthy climate by 2050. The CRN partners with local communities and municipalities to initiate and manage projects for carbon removal, emission reduction, zero waste, regen agriculture, food security, and energy independence.

Peter Fiekowsky

Peter Fiekowsky is an MIT-educated physicist and engineer, entrepreneur, philanthropist, and author. He holds 27 patents related to artificial intelligence and his machine vision company, Automated Visual Inspection LLC (AVI).

A decade ago, Fiekowsky turned his energies to restoring a climate that will promote the flourishing of humanity. He launched the Foundation for Climate Restoration in 2017 to work with top scientists, policymakers, and entrepreneurs to create the understanding and policy needed to further climate restoration; he served as Board Chairman until 2020. Fiekowsky has invested in and advised many companies working in climate restoration, in particular in synthetic limestone, clean energy financing, cold fusion, ocean restoration, kelp, and methane oxidation.

Ilan Mandel

Ilan Mandel is an expert in designing complex mission-driven software and organizational structures in order to maximize returns on investments.

In 2017 Ilan co-founded the Foundation for Climate Restoration (F4CR), and served as its founding Executive Director until 2019. In 2021 he launched the Climate Restoration Network (CRN) focused on the implementation of solutions for a safe & healthy climate by 2050, and he is now serving as the CEO of the newly established Climate Restoration Safety & Governance Board (CRSGB) - a trusted international review body aimed to ensure that climate restoration projects are safe, ethical and effective.

Ilan brings 20+ years of experience in management consulting and project management, with a focus on optimizing and automating business processes.

Ilana Maymon

Ilana Maymon is a spiritual teacher, healer and NLP master. Founder and former general manager of "Human Touch in Nature" - a chain of healing centers in Israel. Founder of the "Heart of the People" movement that engaged millions of people in Israel and around the world, promoting transformation of consciousness, unity and women circles for social responsibility. Leading seminars and retreats focused on personal and spiritual development based on the Kabbalah and Jewish traditions.

Rick Wayman

Rick Wayman brings over 15 years of experience in leadership positions in socially responsible startup businesses, nonprofit organizations and international networks. He was part of the core civil society team at the United Nations that negotiated the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons in 2017, an achievement for which the campaign received the Nobel Peace Prize that year. He has a Bachelor’s degree in International Business and a Master’s in Political Advocacy and Nonprofit Management.

Alon Shocron

Israel Youth Delegate. Alon is the head of the Environmental Youth Union, which is a youth climate leadership organization in Israel, which deals with different environmental issues, for example: preventing food waste, climate education, renewable energy, ecological systems, circular economics, and more! We empower and establish youth leadership in schools, who promote the above-mentioned environmental issues in their schools.

Alex Carlin

Alex is a musician from the USA and a climate journalist. Since the year 2000 he performed over 100 concerts per year while touring in almost every country of Europe, and since 2012 in Russia in almost every city. In 2009 in Poland Alex was awarded the Guinness World Record for performing the “longest solo concert”- 32 hours of continuous rock and roll. Alex will be playing 4 concerts with bassist Joe Taranov in Israel in late November 2022

Alex since 2017 has been a strong advocate for Climate Restoration and Ocean Pasture Restoration, recognizing after 12 years of diligent climate journalism that nothing else comes close to solving the problem at hand.

Alex in 2019 directed an award-winning film about his adventures in Russia featuring his ALEX CARLIN BAND with Denis Matuizo and Andrey Samoylov. This film is dedicated to the theme of Russian-American friendship. He also is working hard to end the War in Ukraine by proposing together with a Russian journalist innovative diplomacy called “EURAMPA” that replaces NATO with a new peace alliance that adds Ukraine and Russia to the roster.

Mindahi Bastida

Mindahi Crescencio Bastida Muñoz (Otomí-Toltec) is Director of the Original Nations Program of the Fountain and until July 2020 was the Director of the Original Caretakers Program, Center for Earth Ethics, Union Theological Seminary in the City of New York (2017- ) and General Coordinator of the Otomi-Toltec Regional Council in Mexico, a caretaker of the philosophy and traditions of the Otomi-Toltec peoples, and has been an Otomi-Toltec Ritual Ceremony Officer since 1988. He is consultant with UNESCO around Sacred Sites and Biocultural issues and for other UN programs.

Mindahi has served as a delegate to various commissions and summits on indigenous rights and sustainability, including the 1992 Earth Summit and the World Summit on Sustainable Development (WSSD, 2002). He was director of the Original Caretakers Program at the Center for Earth Ethics at Union Theological Seminary in New York City between 2015 and 2020 and has been invited to partake in several advisory councils.

He has written on the relation between the state and Indigenous Peoples, intercultural education, collective intellectual property rights and associated traditional knowledge, biocultural sacred sites, and other topics.

Rajendra Singh

Rajendra Singh is a Ayurvedic medicine graduate and post graduated in Hindi literature. He is the Chairman of Tarun Bharat Sangh (TBS). Since 1985, under his dynamic leadership, TBS is working for restoring life and hope to barren land of Rajasthan.

Mr. Rajendra Singh is the winner of Stockholm Water Prize’ 2015; an award known as “the Nobel Prize for Water”. He has been honoured by Asia’s most prestigious Ramon Magsaysay Award’ 2001, for Community Leadership. Along with India’s most prestigious Jamnalal Bajaj Award’ 2005.

Popularly known as “Waterman of India”, Rajendra Singh is also heading a national network of organizations working on water issues; Rashtriya Jal Biradari. This network is working for the restoration of all mighty and small rivers of the country.

Oussou Lio Appolinaire started out as a teacher of Life and Earth Sciences at the secondary school, and later became a geographer-naturalist, an engineer in planning and municipal management, and an agri-environmentalist. What often occupies his time today is his expert work. Our speaker is an expert in land jurisprudence, laws of nature and endogenous knowledge, Expert Consultant in planning and local development, in Decentralization and Local Governance, in land management, in environment and biodiversity management. He is also an Expert Consultant Trainer in tourism development, leadership and entrepreneurship.
